I have just shopped in the new Foot Locker in the Bullring and I must say that all of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Aleena, who helped me with trying on a pair of trainers and subsequently a pair of insoles, was excellent and I really appreciated her demeanour and advice. I didn’t get chance to thank her as she was helping another customer, so I thought I would leave a review. On a side note, I found the layout of the new shop to be much better than the old shop. Much less cluttered and more airy. All the best.

Bad shopping experience, staff member was unhelpful, rude and seem dissatisfied that she has to go to work. If you don't like working somewhere then go elsewhere find a job that you enjoy

As a previous customer, very disappointed in the way a refund request was managed by the staff. Shoes were returned after 2 weeks and, despite being unworn, the request was refused by the member of staff who had suggested they had been worn outdoors without being able to demonstrate how.

This is a nice Small Foot Locker with a good design and Layout. There are plenty of staff but on my last visit the Staff were not very helpful and spent more time discussing there own purchases while i was paying than mine. It does have a Basketball Section at the back of the store which is good. There are a reasonable range of Trainers and a good selection of staff. But to rat i higher id have to see better Customer Service from this store. I may visit again to check again.
