I got married on Oct 12th, 2024, and everything was wonderful. The wedding planners were the best (I wrote a review afterward). However, on my wedding day, the vendor wouldn't let the "dance in the fog", and I accidentally paid extra due to a system error on Forevermore's part. Brooke confirmed that I would be refunded (screenshot included). It's been over a year, and Brooke has stopped contacting me. First, she said she was waiting for the accountant to finish their taxes, then that they were going to send a check, and so on, with different reasons for not issuing the refund. I've tried to wait patiently, but it's frustrating not hearing from her, so I'm writing this review to see if I'll finally get a response.

UPDATE: She blocked my number and still wouldn’t give the refund😒 Absolutely disappointed in forevermore. Absolutely terrible and unreliable I would NEVER recommend them. They never got the draping fabric and didn’t distribute all the floral phews as discussed made the ceremony look so plain like we didn’t have any decor. Called her on it and Brooke said she will issue a refund on the next business day and she never did. Waited couple weeks and still nothing. She sees my messages but never responds. Mind you My wedding was September 21 and I still haven’t gotten the refund.

Absolutely horrible experience with Forevermore Weddings for our wedding florals. I had regular meetings with Brooke up till our wedding. I had a contract. I thought we were on the same page… on our wedding day, our florals arrived HOURS late. When I saw the florals for the first time, they were NOT right. We wanted babys breath arrangements down the aisle and two large stands on each side of the altar with a large urn mix of baby’s breath and white roses. We did not get that at the altar… it was nothing like the photos I sent or we spoke about (more like 2 ft stands, one on each side with the smallest baby’s breath arrangements and 3-4 white roses in them.). Corsage ribbons for the mothers were wrong (I wanted black, and we got one with silver and one with gold), ribbons for the bouquets for flower girl and maid of honor were nonexistent (supposed to be black), boutonnières for all the men were SMALL, very sad (they looked a bunch of twigs tied together), but our altar pieces were the MOST disappointing. This was the focal point & vision for the ceremony. It was nothing close to my vision. As a bride, I knew no one else would know how bad the florals were compared to what I wanted. But I knew… as a bride you want everything to go as perfect as it can. The whole day was, except for the florals. Especially for what we pay versus the service and products we got…. I will not be using or recommending forevermore weddings. I submitted a complaint to Brooke the day after our wedding, once I had a chance to let everything soak in & she did respond, even offered a refund, but never received a refund. At this point, it’s not even about the money. Very disappointing.

Forevermore Weddings: Florist We hired the florist through Forevermore Wedding. I don’t know much about flowers so I told them our colors and they did a great job! They put together the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets! They were perfect, elegant, and lasted a long time after the wedding. I would definitely recommend using Forevermore Wedding for all their available services! Forevermore Weddings: Wedding Planners (Hannah/Alyssa) I was recommended by my sister to use Forevermore Wedding Coordinators. I chatted with Brooke over the phone during our first meeting. She is so knowledgeable and gave me different levels of services for wedding coordinators. To be honest, my wedding planning was a bit stressful considering I had many vendors to organize. Once I meet my main wedding coordinator, Hannah, it felt like a weight came off my shoulder. Hannah helped me contact vendors, organize the ceremony and reception, and figure out a functional layout of the venue. Leading up to the wedding day she sent out a final timeline and layout to all vendors and made sure there was clear communication between the vendors. The day of the wedding she helped organized the chaos and assisted setting up the reception venue. There was also a wedding assistant, Alyssa, that stayed with me and the bridal party to make sure the hair and makeup, photographer, and videographer services were going smoothly and on time. Once we got to the venue both Hannah and Alyssa helped up organize the wedding party entrance, cut the cake, and corral the guests to where they needed to be. At the end of the night they packed up all the decor we brought ourselves so i was easy to grab and go back to the hotel. They also gave out all the tip money to all the vendors. They truly helped us have a smooth, beautiful, and seamless wedding. My husband and I both truly are so grateful for all the things they did for us and our wedding! Ich bin Fotograf und habe schon mehrmals mit Brooke und Forevermore Weddings gearbeitet. Sie sind immer so gut organisiert und die Zusammenarbeit macht Spaß. Kürzlich hatte ich ein finales Treffen mit einer DIY-Braut, und sie brach zusammen, weil alles, was sie zu tun hatte, und der ganze Stress einfach zu viel war. Ich rief Brooke an, um zu sehen, ob Forevermore helfen könnte, und sie haben den Tag gerettet. Sie hat monatelange Arbeit in nur einem Meeting geleistet, und das Brautpaar hat jeden Moment ihres Tages genossen. Die Day-of-Koordinatoren Cameron und Kelly waren so präsent und hilfsbereit; ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein, dass sie eingesprungen sind und der Braut alle Verantwortung abgenommen haben!! Ich würde jedes Paar empfehlen, das das Beste aus seinem großen Tag herausholen möchte.
