Been in therapy several months and highly recommend Rane Wallace if you are struggling with trauma related mental health issues like C-ptsd, ptsd, bpd, npd, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, etc. He's compassionate, responsive and the best listener I ever met. I feel heard and comfortable talking about things that are difficult because there's no judgement and I've been able to learn a great deal about myself and not only cope but actually change without fear. His therapeutic strategies and feedback have been very helpful and I've made a lot of progress. You have to do the work and want change to have better quality of life (it doesn't spontaneously appear) but it can be done if you apply yourself and the therapeutic techniques. Rane is available on weekends, offers video-conference sessions and phone calls too, if you can't make an appearance to a physical office.
