We were referred to Frank Pet Surgeons by our local vets and they have been absolutely excellent from start to finish with my dog’s total hip replacement. The care she has received has been fantastic and her best interests have genuinely been put first throughout. Every member of staff is knowledgeable, kind, calm, honest and helpful. They are upfront and transparent about costs, and the surgical guarantee offered is really reassuring when your pet is facing a big operation and recovery. I’m so grateful we were referred to Frank and for the care they have given to Willow - who can now start 2026 pain-free and with a new hip!

Pip had torn cruciate ligament that required surgery. Frank surgeons were recommended by my vets in Scarborough. Did excellent job, Pip has far more mobility after surgery, the staff were very helpfull, rang to let me know how surgery had gone and was kept informed at all times. Highly recommend and so does Pip. Thanks to all concerned.

I couldn't recommend frank. Pet Surgeons. highly enough. I took my springer spaniel, who'd developed a limp, in for a CT scan and found the experience very professional, approachable and friendly. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The reception team made us very welcome, offering a drink while we waited to see the Veterinary Surgeon. I had a comprehensive consultation to understand Monty's history and explain dogs leg anatomy before the scan, very useful, and one after to analyse the CT images on screen and discuss how to modify future walks and exercise. Maria's extremely knowledgeable and experienced and her enthusiasm and passion about her work are palpable. Thanks for the care and love you showed Monty and for the whole team's support while we were there.

Our lovely dog, Cilla, was recently diagnosed with potential bone cancer and had to have a hind leg amputated. The vets at Frank's were fantastic, sensitive and helpful. They provided clear updates throughout, patiently repeating information as needed. All of the administrative staff were also really great, responding quickly to enquiries. This is the second operation Cilla has had here and they have never let us down. Truly exceptional
