I brought my car here after hitting a deer. Insurance tried to total out the car but the damage did not warrant this, and freeman agreed. They worked with insurance to instead have them repair my vehicle to which I’m very grateful. I wouldn’t say the car is “better than new” as the windshield whistles and the headlight points more downward than the other side now, but overall the car looks good. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with and I wouldn’t think twice to bring my car here again!
Not only did they fix my car up to as good as new, but they did it ahead of the scheduled time. It was also my first experience needing a rental car and they were very kind to help me navigate the process using a rental company they work along side of.
I have a 2008 Altima Coupe (azure blue metallic) I purchased new and still totally love. Five years ago, my clear coat was peeling off the top and hood of the car. Goodyear, where I take my car for all the mechanical work, suggested taking it to Freeman Collision. I took it there and they did a beautiful painting job on these two areas. Five years later I had the same problem with several other areas on the car and took it back to Freeman Collision to get a quote for getting my car repainted, which was quite expensive. Todd Freeman explained they didn't normally do this type of work because it's so labor intensive but agreed to do the work. Todd estimated it would take approximately 4 weeks to complete the job. To my surprise they had the job done in 3 weeks. When I went to pick my car up and saw it, I was SO HAPPY! They had even repaired the dents and dings. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and looked NEW again! Thank you, Freeman Collision, for making this old woman happy again! I wasn't able to take a photo that really shows how beautiful they made my car look.
Over memorial day weekend, I was running errands all over the place. I didn't notice until it was pointed out to me that my brand new car had been hit. I have never had to look for a collision repair place until I found Freeman. I am very impressed with the result.
There are very few businesses left like Freeman's. They fixed my Pickup exactly as the Owner, Todd, told me he would, back exactly as it was before it was wrecked. I love my truck and it made me sick to have wrecked my less than a year old Pickup however Todd and his very professional run shop took care of it. You definitely can't tell it was in an accident and I really think it shines better than the day I bought it. Thank you so much. I highly recommend these folks and if I'm ever in this unfortunate situation again I'm bringing my vehicle right back to Freeman's.
