Our experience with French Bros. was overwhelmingly positive. Roberto went above and beyond to help us find the exact carpet style we wanted and arranged for prompt installation at our downtown Oakland office. The price was quite reasonable and the installation team completed the work in a fast and professional manner. We would definitely work with French Bros. again!

French Brothers is a first class company. Everyone we dealt with starting with the office staff, the estimator and the installers was amazing. The installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job and left our home spotless. Thank you French Brothers for a great experience.

One of the employees that was sent to our place was extremely unprofessional, rude, and spoke ill of me. He wasn’t aware that I spoke Spanish. Dented the frame of our door with the lock. He activated the lock without checking with us first. We’re in Shelter Creek and French Bros are one of the approved vendors that we have to use when we get work done. I would have thought that since they do a lot of work for Shelter Creek they would know about the doors. Asked condescendingly if we knew they were coming. Stated multiple times sarcastically that he “loved working in occupied units. Had the Latino gentleman not started ripping off the floor boards as soon as he came in we would have canceled the job. I want to make it clear that Latin gentleman that came was not the unprofessional one. Nor was he the one that spoke ill of me in our home. The admin we set everything up was great. I believe her name is Fatima. Even the gentleman that came to give the estimate. But I can’t in good conscience recommend French Bros to any unit at Shelter Creek because you don’t know who you’ll let into your home.

The company first installed all new rug in my house I was selling. The selections they had were amazing in the first place. Once we chose the rug, they were able to install the rug very quickly to perfection. It turned out amazing. Wow. Once I was in my new place, they installed some wood flooring. The installers for both projects were very polite and understanding when we had a couple of delays like waiting for the HOA approval. They were also very helpful giving us the information needed to get the project approved. Yes, it was only one room, but they were able to get it completely done in a half a day. Plus compared to other carpet dealers they were priced nice.

The French Brothers carpet company proved to be very efficient and I am extremely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend their services to others. The workers were not only efficient, but they also completed the project within the expected time frame and left the workspace clean and organized. They were very considerate of the tenants in the building that they were not inconvenienced.
