The initial visit seemed to go well, the quote rep came out & seemed knowledgeable. But there was a bit of a disconnect between the sales rep (quote guy) and the installation team. They need to do a better job of communicating and establishing an install plan because sure enough the install guys came and had no idea what was going on & where to put things. The quote guy tried to blame me but really they should have been more thorough and provided those details to their own team. I’m not their project manager, so it seemed unprofessional and I almost cancelled the job because I was so pissed off. Fuse was even worse. But the star of the show Ivan came through even though we had a hard time communicating he was resourceful with his phone translator and very pleasant to work with. They got the job done in the time allotted & so far so good. Although there was some minor details I think they overlooked. I will try to see if they can fix it.
