I called Fresno Roofing Co in need of some replacement concrete tiles and spoke with Diane. She was helpful in having one of the employee’s look for the replacement tiles and calling me back when they found them. I appreciated their customer service and would recommend them! Thank you.

One of their employees was trying to sell me 500 tiles for four dollars a tile. But I had to pay cash , thank god I didn’t have 2000 with me I said I will be back , and I did but the employee was not there so I explain the situation, and they said Can not not sell me 500 tiles that they did not have but a few and the wanted 4000 thousand for 500 but they did not have them . The first employee assured me that I can pick up 250 at a time but I had to pay up front. Not saying more I leave it to your imagination

Beware of Fresno Roofing! I called Fresno Roofing to get an estimate for repairing two leaks on my roof. The woman who answered the phone told me that I would hear from someone the next day to set up an appointment. Instead, two days later they called me and said they were on their way, and could they come by right then. I agreed, but had to drop off my kids at school. When I returned they had already started cleaning the roof. I had only asked for an estimate. They didn't seem to know what I was talking about. They said they weren't the right guys for an estimate and that would be done by someone else. We needed those valleys cleaned to prevent the leaks in the upcoming storm and since they already started, and I really liked the guys, I just decided to let them clean the valleys. They said they would clear the debris and clean for $460, and that they would arrange to have someone come out another time to assess the damage to the roof caused by the leaks. Fast forward two weeks later, I hadn't heard from them, so I arranged for another company to come by to provide an estimate for the damage to the roof from the leaks. This company said that the valleys still had debris, and they had video. I called Fresno Roofing and got the same woman who scheduled me. I had just paid the bill to Fresno Roofing, and when I inquired about the debris, she immediately became defensive, told me the company had been around since 1953, that her team knew exactly what they were doing, and that they weren't flaky. I was surprised by how rude she was being, I had not accused her team of any of the things she was saying, and actually asked her why she was so upset. I just wanted to understand the situation and why there was a video showing debris in the valleys after I paid for this removal. She proceeded to berate me, telling me I didn't know what I was saying and was lying about needing an estimate, that I had specifically called for a removal of debris, and then hung up on me! I was shocked. I think there must have been a misunderstanding somewhere, but she wouldn't even hear what I was saying. The lack of professionalism was stunning. I will never use this company again, nor will I recommend them. Its a bummer because I liked the guys that came out to do the job. But the bottom line is that we only wanted an estimate, and they just jumped up there and started removing my tiles without my permission. This company needs to work on their communication between departments and with customers.

Ich kam hierher, um Ersatzfliesen zu besorgen, nachdem ich beim Aufhängen der Weihnachtsbeleuchtung einige kaputt gemacht hatte. Ich hatte völlig damit gerechnet, abgezockt zu werden, aber sie waren SEHR fair. Es hat nur 5 Minuten gedauert, bis der Mann die passenden Fliesen gefunden hatte, die ich brauchte. Stressfreies Erlebnis.
