Taylor is amazing! I call her the perfectionist, she pays attention to detail, has amazing customer service, listens to your concerns and try to fix them as best as she can! I am already looking up designs for our next Russian mani session. Don't walk, run and get your nails done at the Frida on Race street, these techs are experienced!

a very long overdue review but i absolutely love it here! i’ve been to both Taylor and Bertha for nails and I always leave so in love with my nails :’) Bailee does such a good job during my lash lift & mini facial. I can truly tell how much effort she puts into her craft and how she cares in taking care of her clients

I had a dermaplane facial with Bailee Reed, she was amazing and left my skin glowing. She was very gentle and did a skin analysis first to cater to my personalized needs. All the products are plant based and smelled delicious. Definitely will be a regular client for whenever I need a skin reset. 🥰🫶 Thank you for everything, Bailee ! 🌹

I’ve gotten a couple of different services at Frida and hands down have had the most exceptional customer service. Firstly, my service with Bailee getting a lymphatic facial was absolutely amazing. She started by addressing any concerns I had about my skin and tailored my facial to that. She always checked in to make sure I felt comfortable and I appreciate that level of care especially because she was applying pressure to my face. I left feeling like a brand new person, sculpted, rejuvenated, and really cared for. I would come back and see her over and over again! I’ve also gotten my nails done by Taylor and she takes nail care and paying attention to detail to another level! She was exceptionally gentle yet precise with the dry manicure portion and when it came down to gel application she was meticulous and made sure the polish and designs came out to exactly what I asked for! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service also! I would absolutely be coming back to see her again as well! Overall, both of these experts have set the standards for what these services should feel like!

Frida Beauty Collective has such a cute and welcoming vibe! I was hesitant about brow lamination because I prefer a more natural look. Alondra was able to give me the natural and sleek look I was wanting. I absolutely loved how they turned out. She reviewed the after care instructions and gave her recommendation on next service date. She assured me that I could contact her with any questions. That’s great customer service! I will definitely be back to see her.
