There is a chance they will not show up! This is the most negative experience I have ever had with ANY company. I have never felt as though I had to make a Google review before now however. It seems as though this company has good reviews, which surprises me. Only choose them if you're comfortable with there being a chance that they'll take your money and ghost you on the day of your event. Seriously, only go with them if you're willing to take the chance on them absolutely not showing up after you signed a contract, and them making no effort whatsoever to fix their mistake. When they did reach back out to us, they did so with no apology nor solution. They offered to refund the payment, however could not even be bothered to remove the "sent from my iPhone" text in their email. Do not go with this company.

Disappointed with our tent rental experience! We ordered a specific size for our wedding, but they sent a larger tent that just wouldn’t fit in the designated area. After assembly, they returned and removed one of the side panels without our knowledge…it collapsed within 12 hours! Adding to that the PA system was supplied without cables, heaters weren’t assembled and every chair needed to be washed. When we called for help, we were told no one could come out to assist us, and our wedding was the next day! Talk about adding stress to an already hectic day. Beware of this company.

This company is great. Very fair pricing, and the install crew really went above and beyond to get the install perfectly placed for the day. We rented a 20x40 tent for a wedding. They were on time for both delivery and pickup, were very friendly, and did such a great job. Highly recommend.
