I was in downtown Orlando for a few days and decided to take a Pilates class. I signed up for the ReformX class with Yoshi, and it was a great experience! Yoshi is incredibly encouraging, brings awesome energy to the class, and takes the time to correct your form when needed...which I really appreciated. I’d def check out other classes if I’m ever back in Orlando.

FS8 has been the best pilates experience! I am consistently challenged and feel a sense of accomplishment after each class. The owner & instructors are highly skilled, professional, motivating & always make it fun. They take the time to correct your form, ensuring integrity of your workout. Great studio & location.

I really enjoyed my visits to this FS8 studio. I was able to attend three classes while visiting the area, and each one was a great experience. The facility is very clean, and the instructors were professional, supportive, and encouraging—which I really appreciated as a beginner. I highly recommend this studio, especially for anyone just starting out or looking for a welcoming environment.

I have been taking classes at FS8 since they opened in July, and I’m so glad I signed up! I originally joined to become healthier and fitter, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve noticed so many positive changes: I can feel muscles I never felt before, I’ve lost weight, my stress levels have gone down, and my mood and confidence have improved because I feel capable of tackling hard things. So far, I’ve taken over 30 classes and had the chance to work with all the instructors — Lauren, Yoshi, Marissa, Joelle, Xavier, and Sasha. They’re all professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. Each one takes the time to correct my form or offer modifications depending on the difficulty level. I especially enjoy the 6 a.m. classes with Joelle, who is always motivating me to push harder and gives great feedback on my progress. The studio itself is clean, well-kept, and has a great aesthetic. The receptionist is always kind and helpful whenever I have questions about my membership. On a few occasions I’ve reached out by text or email with questions, and I always receive a timely and helpful response. The FS8 app is also very user-friendly, and I’ve never had issues booking classes through it. I would 100% recommend this studio to anyone who’s considering it. I even brought my boyfriend along for a few classes — and he loved it too!

I had never done Pilates before joining this studio and now I’m obsessed! I am two months in and I can see & feel the progress. The instructor’s are knowledgeable about the exercises and very friendly. I really enjoy the studio and the location is perfect!
