I've heard that these franchises have closed down in alot of places but this location seems to be growing strong. Service was great. I was honestly paying with giftcards my son won and they didn't give me a hard time at all. The salads are delcious.
Ordered The Werx. Bread was hard, meat was small for a half pound. There were ice buckets hanging from kids high chairs-unsanitary and can potentially lead to cross contamination, fountain area was moldy and unclean, ice dispenser was moldy, worker picking up trays and drinks didn't even bother to wipe down/ sanitize tables but had a white cotton cloth across his shoulder that "dusted" crumbs of the tables. This place is completely unsanitary on all levels. Dirty, dingy tables, walls are dingy. I left feeling disgusted and didn't feel good about what condition my food might have been prepared at.
Very pricey!! Burger is $11 and burger combo is $17!! Fountain drink is $3.50. Be careful of this place. The cashier will add drinks even if you don’t order. Food is ok not worth the price. Table was sticky. This place needs deep cleaning. It’s just convenient next to the hotel that’s all.
Parking was easy. There was no line to order. If u haven't been here u have to take ur time to check out the menu. Good service. Is a bit pricey but they are good burgers. I love the condiments bar and melted cheese for ur burgers. There's no table service u have to pick up ur order. Desserts are good.
The live up to their claim as worlds best hamburger. Fuddruckers has always offered a great burger. Unfortunately there just aren’t as many around now. This location in Laredo was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful in giving pointers for their burger choices. The dining room is clean. The free refills are great. Burgers are a little pricey but they don’t ask for a tip so probably equals out. The icing on the cake. Free cheese for your fries. Always a great choice. Always a great burger
