We utilize Fun Events for various work events. They are always on time, easy to work with, and is able to get what we need/want, when we need/want it. I highly recommend them for events, and have recommended them to others.

Every year for the past 5 years I hire Fun Events to do our end of year Christmas party for our company. It is a large event with about 250 people, we invite our employees and their families. Each year it gets better and better, I hardly have to do anything for this party except tell them what I want and they take it from there. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious the kids and adults had a blast getting their faces painted and riding the mechanical bull we have lots of fun pictures from the photo booth. Just an overall great party and everyone was happy, weeks later the employees are still talking about it and asking for next year's party! Thanks Fun Events you guys are the BEST! Just had the most amazing experience tonight at Carson Tahoe Hospital. They had face painting and balloon twisters! The kids went to the balloon twisters and got multiple balloons that were so cute! The face painters did had the cutest designs! The reindeer, gnomes, and snowmen were just adorable! Thank you for your professionalism and putting a smile on the kids faces and mine as well!!

I was having my wedding event through this company. Everything started out well but two months before our ceremony we were informed by the wedding coordinator that we would need to hire a outside group to decorate as she felt like she couldn’t meet expectations. This came as a surprise because it was in the contract that this was included in the wedding package we had already paid for. When we explained how displeased we were with the situation we were met with all these excuses about how her personal life is making things difficult. This is extremely unprofessional as we paid for a service and shouldn’t need to deal with someones life problems interfering with something we paid good money for. After this situation we wouldn’t have any communication for 3-4 days at a time as our wedding was getting closer. At a point things became so unprofessional and uncomfortable that we decided to ask for our refund. This became extremely frustrating as they wanted us to sign a receipt saying we received a full refund when we only had received half. At a point the guy with the money said we could “meet up” with him at 9:30 pm on a week night to sign his papers so we could get our money back. Extremely unprofessional. If you needed too meet with us to sign papers before you send our refund you think you would make a appointment ahead of time at a respectable time. This was the worst experience and really can’t believe how this went all down.

While the outcome of the party was good the kids had lots of fun with the giant bowling spheres, there is room for improvement. You need to follow up daily and ask all the questions so there are no surprises. One that was not asked is that they do not bring their alternator, it is assumed you have power. Our party was at a park and that was a problem. We were able to fix it and kids did not have to wait. Call to get your event fixed and make sure it is followed through.
