After many years and thousands of dollars spent at this store, I am left feeling unappreciated. I purchased a dining room set online and after it was set up, the chairs looked really big. I have tried to give it time and even rearranged my area, however, the chairs are way too heavy and bulky. I received this set 4 months ago and they are saying it's too late to return them. This was purchased online so I wasn't aware how HUGE the chairs were going to be. I am an elderly woman and have a HARD time maneuvering around this dining set and chairs. I can't believe they are going to let me be stuck with this when I explained how unsatisfied I am with them. Don't let them fool you and DO NOT purchase from here. They have officially lost me as a customer!!
My son was looking for a new bed. He did shop around and liked the bed at Bedroom expressions from furniture row. He didn't get it the day we went in. I called today to see if was still available since it was a floor model and they said it was still available. My husband and I went down and purchased the bed and we are happy with the service received from Jesse he gave us a great deal and we are happy with our purchase.
TJ was the salesperson who helped guide me through the overwhelming process of buying furniture for a whole new house!! He was patient, kind and enthusiastic. He made the process so easy for me! EDITS: Did not get any better....Their manager contacted me and offered to send a replacement. Replacement arrived today and it is also defective / broken...thank you Furniture Row you really know how to continue to make yourself look bad. BE WARNED Questionable company and staffing. We purchased a bedroom set and kitchen set along with a new living room couch in May of 2025 (this year) the inside couch cushion was coming apart at the seam and then one of the kitchen chairs the wood is peeling. We have called to try to get help since this is brand new and should not be going through this. They told us to submit a claim since we purchased insurance. It has been weeks. When I called back to ask for some help I was told to continue waiting a few days to see if the claim company would get back to me. I explained how we are very unhappy with the quality and in the market for additional living room furniture and the response I got from Gina the associate who answered was "Well you get what you pay for..." what kind of answer is that to a customer who spent over 4k in your store. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture. It will clearly start to fall apart within months.
