When I initially called to enquire about a ring I had seen online I was lucky to get Naomi. Naomi was so knowledgeable , helpful and friendly and she then sent me pictures and a little video of the ring on her hand. Unfortunately she wasn’t working the day we went to look at the ring but she had left instructions with another member of staff. We met another helpful member of staff. All in all a lovely experience in this beautiful jewellers. Thank you , can’t wait to pick up my ring.
I have had many dealings with Gardiner Bros. over very many years. Have always received wonderful customer service , advice and guidance from an extremely talented and experienced staff. Recently Eamon showed his patience and expertise in repairing a watch that had been my mum's. Would recommend Gardiner Bros to anyone!
I left a number of rings in to be resized and although they weren’t purchased in Gardiner Brothers they were more than happy to do the job for me. In addition to resizing they checked and cleaned all of the rings and gave me an up to date valuation for them, all at a very reasonable price. The staff here are lovely and the whole experience was a pleasure. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
