I worked at a retail store, and we used Scott for many years for any of our computer problems. He always provided great service. I also used him for my home computer repair years ago. This time, I needed some more work done, and Scott was great as usual. Fixed it quickly, and the price was very good. I have a co-worker who has used his in-home service and she is very happy with him too.

I have used Scott’s services for the last six years, albeit, exclusively remote, where he taps into my gear and helps me with problems, such as transferring data from one PC to another, deleting hard-to-remove programs, all genuine annoyances when you don’t possess this knowledge and you’re just a guy or gal without IT support. Each time, I receive brilliant and invaluable service with a scheduled call and he resolves the chaos in my world. This week, my laptop keyboard was swelling due to battery issues and we were close (I now know!) to a meltdown that would have ruined the machine and lost our data. I called Scott, who referred me to a website to help ID the battery I needed, bought that battery from Amazon, then took it all to his shop where he installed and tested it. Twenty minutes later, I was back on-line as if nothing happened. I was totally prepared to buy a new PC after this 6 year old computer decided to double in size. Thanks, Scott, for your skills, dependability, dedication to service, especially for those of us who are IT-challenged. I came across Geeks in Phoenix by chance while looking for help with my Lenovo X1 Carbon Gen 1. I needed to transfer all my data to a new X1 Gen 11, and everywhere else I checked either couldn’t help or wanted to charge an unreasonable amount. When I visited Geeks in Phoenix, Scott immediately understood the issue. He removed the SSD from my old laptop, explained exactly what I needed, and showed me how to transfer the data myself using an external enclosure. I followed his instructions, and everything transferred perfectly. The cost for his help was $0.00. It’s rare these days to find someone willing to help simply because it’s the right thing to do. Scott showed genuine professionalism and kindness, and I truly appreciate it. Highly recommended!
