The ladies were so kind and helpful! They listened to everything we had to say to best assist us in finding the perfect wedding bands for our big day! My fiancé and I both left happy and felt secure about our purchase.
I took my wife's ring to have it fixed they ended up having it for three weeks. I called at week 2 to get my ring back and they didn't have the ring in the store. When they claim to have an on staff certified Jeweler? This doesn't make sense. It's frustrating not being able to have access to your ring. However the reason I'm giving a one star review is because the employees were not professional and rude. The employees were the middleman and they did not have the power or knowledge to call the shots and whoever's is calling the shots, they were never available to assist. If you have an employee who is running your business you need to be able to trust them and empower them to call the shots to assist the customer. (As every costumers needs are different) And because the employee was stressed as the middle man with no power I was lied to. To sum it up. This business is the opposite of a well oiled machine.
Went in to have a watch battery changed. It got a little busy while I was there and both ladies were helping someone. The doorbell rang and before one of them could get to it, a military gentleman opened the door for the woman. Without saying thank you, she admonished the ladies saying it should not happen that a customer opened the door. I understand security, but I also understand courtesy. I paid and left. It changed my opinion of the store and I probably will find somewhere else to do my business with going forward.
Ich war heute dort, um meine Bulova-Uhr reparieren zu lassen. Sobald ich hereinkam, wurde ich mit einem sehr warmen Empfang begrüßt. Die Damen, die dort arbeiten, waren absolut wunderbar und sehr freundlich. Der Preis, der mir für die Reparatur meiner Uhr genannt wurde, war sehr günstig und deutlich niedriger als das, was mich das große Einzelhandelsgeschäft im Einkaufszentrum kosten würde. Die Reparaturen werden im Haus durchgeführt und nicht ausgelagert, was großartig ist, weil die Uhr einen sentimentalen Wert hat. Ich versuche immer, lokale Unternehmen in meiner Gemeinschaft zu unterstützen, und ich schätze wirklich ihre Unterstützung unseres Militärs und der Rettungskräfte. Ich empfehle Gemstone Jewelers jedem, der eine unverbindliche, sehr professionelle, warme und einladende Erfahrung sucht. Sie haben mich überzeugt und vor allem mein Vertrauen gewonnen.
I had a wonderful experience at Gemstone jewelers! The selection was awesome with so many different varieties and types of rings. It was very difficult to select a ring as all of the stock there was absolutely gorgeous and it was tempted to buy all of it but I couldn't as it would break me! lol I selected the perfect ring for me and the customer service was awesome. The lady salesclerk and the owner were very friendly and they really seemed to know their jewelry. I will only go here to buy my jewelry although I live in West Wichita. It's worth the drive to get quality jewelry and excellent/knowledgeable customer service!
