Can't say enough about Chad! We had a suspected hacking incident, which turned out to be a false alarm, fortunately. Chad responded to my panicked phone call and showed up at our home within two hours. He ran all kinds of security programs, offered lots of useful advice and was extremely reassuring. Chad is professional, knowledgeable and polite. He easily tolerated our two big overly-friendly dogs! We will not hesitate to use Chad's services in the future....and you should too!!

Highly recommended. Chad came to my apartment to pick up my laptop for diagnosis. It was pretty much dead. He offers personal shopping for a reasonable fee and found a great replacement same day. Chad also cloned my old laptop into the new one. His prices are very reasonable. I hope I never need to call a laptop repair person again, but if I do it will definitely be Chad at Genius Computer Repair.
