Went there and my daughter left her bag there and been calling over 30 times literally so what's going on. They send the call to voicemail no professionalism!!!! Left a VM and still nothing. How hard is it to let me know A-if you have it so I can go get it or B-no you don't have it .

I did not participate but my kids did. This place is much bigger than other places and a bit cheaper. My kids had an awesome time and played for hours. We will bring them back soon.

We had great time until my son was bit by a spider 🕷. He was bitten on the wrist and swelled up pretty bad. The kids didn't want to leave and luckily we had Motrin and neosporin that significantly reduced the swelling along with monitoring bite. I think the swelling hurt more than the actual bite itself. We had no idea where he was bitten until another kid stood at the slide warning other kids of a spider hanging so that could have been a possibility. It makes sense spider(s) would be in that area because its a poorly lit corner. We also came to the realization that its a giant wharehouse. Before it was Get Air it was an abandoned old Circuit City. I hope they keep up with treating the park for insects cause the kids love it here.

This place is definitely not what it was 5 years ago. Absolutely no employees on the floor. Literally 2 girls at the front desk. I'm surprised I didn't see any fights with all these punk kids and parents just looking at their social media. Absolutely no order, if your kid is younger and smaller (5-7 years) you better keep a eye on them as the bigger kids will take advantage of the unorganized atmosphere. We go to Big Air in Corona on a regular basis. We thought we would try this place again. Nope, not coming back. Going back to Big Air

Fun place that does a great job of customer service. I have been here a few times for various kids birthday parties. They are able to buzz through the line quickly with an online liability form and efficient staff. They have 3 enclosed birthday rooms and 2 open ones. There is a lot of room in the jump area that they have done a great job of adding trampolines, obstacle courses, foam pit, etc. I highly recommend this place.
