We had an amazing experience at Get Air Trampoline Park! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and thanks to them, my daughter had the best birthday ever. The facility was clean, safe, and full of fun activities that kept all the kids entertained. I highly recommend Get Air for birthdays and family fun. We will definitely be coming back!

I attended a birthday party here, and it was one of the worst customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. The woman working the front desk was unbelievably rude. The moment we walked up, she snapped at our kids, telling them to put their hands out to stamp them, and then got visibly annoyed when they didn’t do it fast enough. Who talks to children like that? She acted irritated before we even said a word. She repeatedly pointed her finger in the birthday boy’s mom’s face while barking instructions about what we needed to do to “start the party.” Her whole attitude was nasty, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If you hate interacting with people this much, especially kids, then you should not be working in a place like this. Then we tried to speak with a manager. The guy pictured in the photo? Absolutely useless. We asked for the manager’s name, and he REFUSED to tell us — he just kept repeating, “You’ll find her at the front,” over and over like a broken record. He clearly knew there was an issue and still wouldn’t help. Between the rude staff, the attitude, and the complete lack of accountability, this place is a joke. I will NOT be returning. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I’m disgusted.

What a fantastic experience!!! Breanna (God I hope I remembered her name right) was phenomenal!!! She was the only employee present & handled patrons expertly while still communicating with us about the zipline/coaster ride. You have a gem of an employee, sure hope you recognize & hang on to her!!!! We will be back! Great for all ages!! Plenty of trampolines, smaller kids area with basketball & a slide into ball pit, big swing into foam pit, rope bridge, & can jump into foam pit, 2 basketball hoops for all ages, blow up obstacle course area with huge slide, arcade games, massage chairs, snacks for sale. Our first time here was fantastic!!!!

John did a wonderful job here at the air trampoline park! My Son had a blast! He and the other staff even went out of the way to do a raffle. This is the first time we were able to do that! I certainly recommend for the kids.

The Roller Glider is now open, and looks great! The "bouncy world" is still a welcome addition. Hidden, but noteworthy is the new Little Air obsticle course. The one thing that still boggles my mind is how the staff use a bull horn to talk over the playing music, not at all effectivly. Why not temporarily turn down the music first? Or, maybe better yet, turn down the music, and use the speakers as a PA?
