GG is so nice and professional. She took care of our two cats Sammie and Luna for a week. She sent updates and pictures daily on how they were doing and settling in. I felt very comfortable with my girls being there. I will definitely continue to go to her! Thanks GG!

From the initial phone call, to dropping off our emotional support cat Boo, to picking him up, it was a very pleasant, professional, seamless, reassuring experience. My girls are very attached to their ESA and was apprehensive about boarding him out overnight. However, from the initial phone call I felt comfortable that Boo would be in good hands. Room was beautiful, clean, well furnished with cat toys and everything to make a cat feel at home. GG is very knowledgeable about the needs of animals, and created a very safe and comfortable environment for Boo. I am beyond pleased with the level of gentle care, professionalism, and friendly service provided here. I will definitely use this boarding service again in the future, and I highly recommend GG's Gentle Pet Care.

I found GG for my dog with a bit of a time crunch. She was super responsive and got back to me and explained her services in detail. We then set up a date for her to meet him to make sure he is a good fit. I spent about an hour there just so she could feel him out and get to know him. Thankfully he loved it and I could just tell he was going to be happy there. Fast forward a week and due to weather implications I had to call GG and ask her to take him 2 days early and she was so accommodating. She is reliable and just warm and welcoming. My dog didn’t even look back when I dropped him off there for the first time! She texted me the entire time to let me know how he’s doing and posted so many photos on her Facebook page. He was so happy and I cannot recommend her enough. I will be bringing him back in a couple weeks and will continue to bring him there. If anyone is looking for a comfortable place to board your pet or just to have him play during the day while you’re at work, this place is it! Thank you GG, Cooper can’t wait to come back!

GG is a true angel! You won’t find a more kind and compassionate person. Our dog suffered from separation anxiety. After she started with GG she is a changed dog. She loves playing with her friends and is more confident and relaxed. I also know my dog is in good hands. GG posts photos of the dogs all day so you know how your dog is doing. I highly recommend GG’s Gentle Pet Care!
