Had a terrible experience with Gheen & Co. They managed our books and taxes for a few years. From the beginning the communication was spotty, they never answer the phone and get back to emails at a snails pace. On top of that they missed $40,000 in taxes we owed and never alerted us it was due. We had to hire a third party book keeper and it took them months to fix the mess they made in our quickbooks. After canceling with them they sent us a bill for our 2023 tax filing with was completed looong time ago.
Luke Gheen gave me a very informative and transparent initial consultation that left a very good first impression. Rather than try to oversell me on services my startup does not need, he guided me towards relevant resources and recommend a path that was right for me, even if it meant I didn't purchase his services today.
