Very good food.. one of the older places in this area... Much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside... The only downside is the delivery is done through uber eats and that takes forever , food arrived cold but ginos took care of the issue (was driver not ginos) but will definitely eat in restaurant again
In a word: SQUISITO! My husband and I were traveling through the Virginia Beach area on October 11, 2025, and I was craving pizza. A quick Internet search later, I found Gino's and we were off to an absolutely delicious casual dining experience. Shortly after being seated, two gigantic garlic knots with sauce were delivered to our table. Let me tell you, if we lived in the area I would stop in at least once a week for these alone - they are that good! Gino's has a big menu with many wonderful options, so it took a minute for us to decide what to order (despite the fact that when we came in I was craving pizza). We ended up ordering a Mozzarella Caprese appetizer and an 18-inch Meat Lover's Specialty Pizza. The appetizer was so pretty, I almost hated to eat it, and when the pizza came we both were shocked at how big it was. (Apparently, this is a common reaction to the size of the pizzas, per our waitress.) The pizza was quite good, and generously topped. Our total bill, including a soda and two beers, was under $50, so pricing is quite reasonable (especially since the pizza leftovers served as lunch and dinner the next day). If you are in the area, stop by. If you live in the area and haven't been in yet, GO! Either way, you will be very pleased (and if you live nearby and can go regularly, I'm jealous).
Great restaurant and super friendly staff and servers! This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Virginia Beach area for my Italian favorites. I always order the spaghetti with clams and am never disappointed- there were a ton of clams on my most recent order and they gave me a garlic knot while I waited (which truly melts in your mouth, it's amazing)! Great flavors all around :)
A great sit down pizzeria. Pizza was great with friendly service. It was my first time, but definitely not my last.
Found this place looking for a new pizza place to try. There was no wait, we were seated, and conversed with waitress. We were brought out two garlic knots and marina while we waited. It was freshly baked. 5 mins later our crispy hot wings came out. They were so flavorful. Ranch was thick like I like it. 2 mins later our 18" pepp. Pizza arrived. Asked the waitress for saucer plates for the wings and she was like oh that's the pizza plates are for. No maam, we don't like our flavors to mix. Nonetheless, the pizza was very tasty as well with great cheese pull. Top 3 for us.
