What a great technician Jesse is. Gladiator was very responsive and took care of the leaking shower drain very quickly. They sent out Jesse. Jesse was very friendly and efficient. Looked like he has done this a few times. Very happy with my experience

Whole house smelled like sewer gas - turns out our main drain line had developed cracks and needed replacement. Gladiator's plumbing services handled the entire job from city permits to final inspection. James Bailey personally coordinated everything and kept us updated daily. The excavation and new pipe installation was done carefully without damaging our landscaping. No more awful smells and our drains work better than ever. James Bailey's expertise with sewer line issues really showed throughout the project.

The Gladiator Repipe techs, Javi and Joseph, did a tremendous job fixing a shower water temperature issue I had in my Master bathroom. I described all the troubleshooting methods I performed on my end, and with that information, they were able to quickly identify the issue. I did appreciate that they wore boot covers when walking inside of the house. They went to a local hardware store to obtain the part, and swapped it out no problem. Additionally, they ensured piece of mind by staying and letting the shower run to ensure that the water didn't go cold after a few minutes. Lastly, they buttoned up everything and thoroughly cleaned the area. Their friendly, approachable demeanor is a refreshing experience. Not only did I gain the knowledge of watching them work and fix the issue, but I also now know who to call for future work. I highly recommend these two techs and Gladiator Repipe to quickly identify and resolve your plumbing issues.

Gladiator repiped my house a few years ago. There were immediate signs of poor attention to detail such as poor drywall work and un-leveled shower mixer valves. We also had immediate problems with loud noises coming from the tankless water heater they installed, which gladiator eventually replaced an internal part to remedy the issue. The biggest problem, however, is that we’ve had consistent water hammers without any obvious cause. James, the owner or one of the owners, was pleasant to talk to but has been out multiple times to address the hammering but wanted to change out every fixture in the house at the cost of $400 per fixture. We replaced each fixture at time of install, so I and other experts that I’ve paid in referencing note that that is not reasonable. The most likely cause is poor installation, just like the poor installation that is visually evident in the mixer valves and drywall patches. I hope that Gladiator will remedy these issues, especially the water hammers that are driving me crazy. Many guests ask what that noise was after they flush the toilet, etc. If Gladiator can fix the hammering I’ll be very happy to update this review.

The best appreciation is to those who goes extra mile or miles. Javier, also goes by Javi is the man of the show. We got the entire house re-pipe done by Gladiator folks about 2 years ago. They did fantastic job at that time, getting copper repiping and water heater installed. After 2 years, we had water leaking from water heater. Cynthia's office arranged paid visit to us. Javi was the man. He called American Water Heater to figure out warranty. Worked with Cynthia and his boss Brian to find replacement under warranty. They did EXCELLENT job getting water heater replaced under 6 hours. Now what are their extra miles? 1. Shows up in 30 minutes after call (Thanks Cynthia and her team). 2. Javier quickly diagnosed where the issue is. He was also honest that fix would not be possible. 3. Agreed to work with warranty (thank you Javi and Brian) 4. Got the replacement and haul away older one. 5. Javier came back and got it professionally installed. Javier wants to work alone. He is smart and honest. I would call them again and also recommend them any time. I would get their service again when needed.
