I brought my Tesla Model X to GlassFixit Auto Glass for a windshield replacement, and I honestly regret ever choosing this place. I should have gone through Tesla Service. First, it took them over 10 days just to pick up the replacement windshield from Tesla. After the installation, things only got worse. My Full Self Driving stopped working, and the cameras never completed calibration even after a full reset and over 100 miles of freeway driving. Clearly, the forward camera housing wasn’t aligned correctly during installation — something any shop working on Tesla vehicles should know. On top of that, the inside of the windshield was filthy. There were fingerprints and handprints all over it, like it had never been cleaned after the install. I even pointed this out to the owner directly and told him the windshield was dirty exactly the way they gave it to me — and he didn’t care at all. When I reached out about the calibration problems, instead of taking responsibility, the owner basically said: “It’s your problem. Call Tesla. We only replace glass.” No accountability, no willingness to help, and he was extremely rude on top of it. Replacing a Tesla windshield is not just swapping glass. The camera alignment is critical, and they clearly don’t have the skill, training, or professionalism to handle it. I do not recommend this shop to anyone — especially Tesla owners. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually stands behind their work. Updated Statement as of 11/28/2025 After experiencing issues with Full Self-Driving immediately following the windshield replacement performed by Glass Fix It, I had to take my vehicle to the Tesla service center for further diagnostics. Tesla inspected the vehicle and confirmed that the front cameras located at the windshield were damaged and required replacement. The repair and camera recalibration cost me over $700. I gave Glass Fix It the opportunity to resolve the issue, but they refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. Because of this, I am proceeding with disputing the charges for their service.

Very fast and reliable service at a very reasonable price. This is owned by a family and their pricing is fair, honest and lower that most other places. The service was very quick and meticulous. I would certainly recommend this service for windshield replacaments.

Quick service at a reasonable price. I'm always down for quality and swiftness. Quote was given over the phone and finding parking at the location was easy. They also do mobile service but at a higher cost, makes sense for the convenience. Will use again if needed in the future.

They open on Sunday!!! Just got my driver rear window replaced. Fair price, good service and customer service, thanks Suyog! Called to get a quote, came and waited for them to work on my car for like an hour and done, good to go! Their waiting room is very clean and spacious, that's a plus! Thanks guys and will come again when needed 👍🏻

Quick service and was the cheapest quote I got. Replaced Tesla model 3 windshield and was less than half what Tesla was charging me. Has a nice place with wifi to work. Suyog was quick to respond on txt for appointment etc.
