Often, when running the heat over the past year , we have smelled oil in the house. We recently had a very strong smell of oil in the basement. Greg came out and was meticulous in searching for a solution. He found a blackened nozzle that needed replacement and did so quickly, charging us a fair price. Several days later, and no hint of the oil smell. Greg is s patient and very knowledgeable - highly recommended!

My wife and I had a new furnace, heat pump and 200 amp electrical panel installed. We had several bids but decided to go with a local family owned business instead of a corporate business which turned out to be an excellent decision. Dave Ross, our estimator, did a nice job of explaining everything that we needed and was did not try to up sell us on unnecessary products. Brian and Zeek were our installers and they were very professional and easy to work with. They did an outstanding job of installing the new equipment and worked seamlessly with Electrical Outfitters NW, who did the electrical panel and additional wiring requirements. After finishing the installation, Brian explained all the information needed to my wife and I so we felt comfortable running the new furnace and heat pump. These guys made us feel totally confident that we were getting everything we were hoping for with a sense of connection to the company's goals of taking care of the customer.
