We hosted our wedding at the sailing club last summer and have so many positive things to say about this place! Michelle was amazing to work with and the club was a perfect venue for our small wedding. The open green space was great for hosting our ceremony and the large deck has amazing views of the water and sunset. We hosted a full outdoor dinner on the patio which felt super private with all the large trees. Would recommend the Sailing Club for any event you are looking to host!

This venue is highly recommended for weddings from a wedding photographer's perspective. The ambience is warm, modern and romantic. All the staff are friendly, very approachable and are always willing to help. The function room was spacious with tons of natural lights. I can't emphasize enough how beautiful The Glenmore Sailing Club is as a wedding venue! I got to photograph a wedding here back in 2019 and can't wait for an opportunity to go back - their outdoor patio is one of the most beautiful (and unique) spaces I've seen in Calgary. It's surrounded by large trees (making it feel private despite being beside a public park) and you get a beautiful view of the reservoir. There's plenty of green space surrounding the venue for the kids to run around or for playing lawn games. I highly recommend taking some time as the sun is setting to duck down to the reservoir for some additional portraits. This is the perfect setting for those looking for a gorgeous outdoor space for their intimate wedding!
