Wonderful tanning & spa option! Great business model, offering excellent services. Excellent customer service by knowledgeable staff members. Staff consultation with clients is priceless, as they offer great insight & suggestions. They truly want your experience to be customized for you. And personally, I started seeing results after only 3 trips. Highly recommend!
IS THERE ANY REASON YOU CAN'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE?! OH and I don't mean the location the AUTOMATED SYSTEM HANGS UP ON YOU!! I left my wallet accidentally. I got all the way home when I realized. So I call the number of the location. Frantically driving back... answering service.... on hold... on hold... on hold... FINALLY answering I tell her frantically that I left my wallet can I "PLEASE TALK TO THE LOCATION" SHE PUTS ME ON HOLD! CALLS THE LOCATION AND ASKS THEM AND PROCEEDS TO GO BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN ME AND THE SALON WORKER. I pulled up to the location as she had me on hold!!! WHOEVER DECIDED AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM WAS BETTER... WHOEVER MADE THAT DECISION SHOULD BE FIRED. The reason you have a staff is so that customers get GOOD customer service. Talking to a human AT THE LOCATION you frequent ALSO good.
Jayden is extremely knowledgeable on which beds to use to achieve your tanning goals on top of being friendly and very pleasant to talk to. Great service, great products, love the unlimited monthly membership.
Glo Tanning is so clean and nice. I have never seen anything out of place. I always feel very comfortable there and the staff is super friendly and helpful as well. Pricing is also really fair, especially if you do the family deal with 2 people.
Went in for my first time and was helped by Adrienne. She answered ALL of my questions and was so patient with me. I was uneasy going in since I don’t know much about the machines but Adrienne really put me at ease and made it so simple. It was a wonderful first visit and I’ll definitely be back!
