I had such a great experience at this spa. The moment I walked in, it felt calm and welcoming. The staff were lovely and really made me feel comfortable. My treatment was amazing, honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend it to anyone.
You should've asked whether the client preferred a male or woman masseuse. I was extremely uncomfortable having a male do my massage particularly when he was getting to where my buttocks were. The oil started piling and we left with the face mask stuck to our faces and hair still. We were told that the entire day had back to back bookings. Except if the service was going to be that rushed then that shouldn't be the case. We were also not offered the platter. I understand that we were 5 minutes late but that shouldn't be the excuse for skipping so much service that was promised. Edit: They took my feedback graciously. Thank you to whoever considered my concerns. ❤️
My husband surprised me for a massage package yesterday. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by Corey. Walking down the hall into the massage room was like being transported into a magical fairy light world. The room was so spacious and nicely decorated. My husband and I were in the same room where we got to enjoy a sauna, spa, massage and amazing facial. After a long couple of months of stress, it was so nice to relax and unwind. We both left feeling like new people. Corey massaged my husband and I had the amazing Megan. She had the most amazing hands like magic working on all my knots. We both agreed it was the best massage we’ve ever had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax and unwind. Would go back in a heart beat.
What can I say…. WOW!!!! Came to celebrate a girlfriend’s birthday & spoil ourselves. This experience was a 10/10!! AMAZING atmosphere, beautiful therapists & one of the best massages I’ve ever had!!! Thank you so much Cory & Megan for spoiling us!!!
My daughter bought the treatment for my Christmas present! Being a massage therapist myself for many years, it is the best all round experience you could wish for. The staff are awesome! Megan is the therapist I received a massage from and I have had hundreds over the years.Megan is excellent! The best I remember ever feeling after a massage. The pressure was fantastic and Megan is an extremely competent therapist. The place looks beautiful with extra care and attention given to the lighting and comfort. There is no sense of feeling rushed and the food platter is Devine! For any occasion or simply to take care of your body, you will LOVE the Gold Coast Massage and Day Spa!
