My grandma's garage door needed to be replaced but was told they would not be able to get in with the amount of things that were blocking their way. My grandma was hesitant to get rid of a lot of her things even though most of it was just junk... David and his team were beyond patient and caring toward my grandma's feelings. They were able to remove everything in a timely manner and even helped clean up after!! Definitely recommend this company and will be using their services again! Thank you!!
I needed to get rid of my items in a 10x10 storage unit and close my account, and I was extremely pleased with the service provided. David was so professional and helpful all the way from the beginning of the process of giving me an estimate and finalizing the job.

I had a last minute storage clean-out (yesterday 8/31) and was needing a same day service to clear it. David came to the rescue with his crew. (I didn’t catch the other guy’s name clearly, I’m sorry 🥹 i think it’s Julio? but I am not sure. But he’s very friendly too.) Him and his crew has a very nice demeanor and presented themselves very well. David gave me options over the phone and was very accommodating with scheduling. I appreciate the calmness when discussing the quote and schedule as it was already a stressful day for me. It was very reassuring that the job will get done. He also texted me their ETA. When they got to the pickup location, we discussed the final pricing after the showing. It was very transparent and easy. I was also appreciative of the rate he gave me. (Thank you!) They cleared my storage quickly and had no issues. Even though I’m getting rid of my stuffs, they handled it with care. And I like the idea that they donate the items (if it meets a criteria). I also had a couch that I was planning on moving by myself to my truck and he volunteered to help me bring it down no problem. And I very much appreciated it a lot!!! I would highly recommend them! Very professional and friendly. I’m a very anxious person, so their response to everything from the phone call to on-site means a lot to me under a stressful time. Until next time!
This is absolutely the best junk removal/hauler in the state! David was so easy to have working with us at the most stressful time of our lives and we knew he had everything handled. He was pleasant and thorough in what he was doing. He was understanding in our mess of stuff that was going and what was staying. He didn’t have any complaints and worked through the rain. We had stuff from the garage, along the side of the house, behind the house, everywhere and he did it all. I was amazed at what all he could fit in the truck, when I thought it was full he still doubled what he could take. He even listened to my complaints as I was sorting through things. He brought electronics to recycling instead of the landfill and some usable kitchen items to donation as well. I would never hesitate to hire David again or recommend him to anyone. For a company to have such an amazing manager I’m sure everyone working at Golden Bear is amazing. The price is the best in the area, I called all the haulers I could find and they were estimating much hirer amounts. You will not be disappointed if you hire Golden Bear. I could not have completed my move without David’s amazing work.
