Golden Diamond Medspa is an absolute gem! The room is so cute and calming—immediately puts you at ease the moment you walk in. The whole vibe is peaceful and relaxing. The person who took care of me was incredibly sweet, kind, and understanding. You can really tell she cares about your comfort and experience. My body feels so good and fresh now—totally renewed. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend! ⭐
Pouran is incredible! She makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. I have had a great experience so far with excellent results. Very flexible in scheduling my appointments.
Incredibly unprofessional behavior. I contacted Pouran to reschedule an appointment with ample time for her to respond. I don’t mind waiting for a response especially if a person is busy, but I received a message from her almost two weeks later at 12:10pm, telling me to come in at 12:30pm. Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous, and a shame because I actually enjoyed my first appointment with her. - Edit in response (8/18): If this is doing your best to accommodate to my changes, it is wildly disappointing to say the least. Yes, I did request a reschedule once, which you were able to do with no problem. However, the second time I reached out was when you failed to respond in a timely manner, as I described above. There was never any follow up on a date or time for two weeks after I initiated this contact- yet, I receive a message saying that I suddenly have an appointment today, with only a 20 minute window to come in? Absolutely laughable, and quite frankly very disrespectful to me and my time. I value clear and respectful communication, so I kindly ask that my concerns not be characterized as false accusations. My intention is simply to address the situation based on actual events that have happened, and I'm more than willing to share the receipts if needed. I recently went to Golden Diamond Med Spa in Garland for Botox and laser treatments, and I’m really impressed! Pouran did such a great job — very professional, friendly, and skilled. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The place is also super clean and well-organized, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality service and great results!
