Lovely place, always clean and comfortable. Staff are so lovely and prices are amazing. Came here after a poor experience with my old go to and have never gone back. Have always had an especially lovely experience with Mary, very friendly and shows a lot of detail and care with my nails whilst being efficient. Thank you!

I absolutely hate these nails too much acrylic powder added and made my natural nails burn , said to the woman to make them a bit shorter and kept the length , showed a info photo and wanted the gem changed up only looks nothing like I wanted and i have to be in a wedding today as a brides mate . Bad service towards my friend he was on his phone the whole time and we were in a rush , talking bad about us as well in their home language I do not recommend going back!!!
The end picture is the shape I said I wanted- this is what I got! I went back and told him I wasn’t happy, he got really annoyed and stated I chose the length I could pay £17 to take them off! They were the thickest, worst painted wide nails I have ever received! And to receive aggression from him when I said I wasn’t happy was unacceptable! Wouldn’t even give me a refund, will never visit here again. Awful experience and no apology.
