Golden Nugget is the absolute best place in Philly greater area to shop for jewelry. Especially if you are looking for diamonds. Best staff, selection, and prices. While all are great, I recommend asking for Mike. He sold me on being my long term dealer on day 1. My wife loves his consultation.

The absolute best costumer service! If you want a truly custom and personal experience this is the place to go. Got my engagement ring and our wedding bands here 5 years ago, just upgraded and created a necklace last week! So excited to come back in another few years 😉

I could not recommend Golden Nugget, or Yoav, enough. From the minute we walked in, until even after purchasing the engagement ring, Yoav made me feel like family and steered me in the right direction throughout. He was patient, took his time to explain everything thoroughly, his service was second to none, and he made the engagement ring process not only easy, but fun. Will be going back first thing here, and to Yoav, for jewelry needs in the future. Can not say enough great things about him and the entire team here!

Update to review: adding a star because Ken reached out to have us come in to return the ring and get a refund which I appreciated. Original review: Went in with my fiancé to consider buying wedding bands and check out antique jewelry pieces. Ended up buying an antique ring and getting it resized- I was charged to resize because they would be “adding more gold”. Go to pick it up and I’m handed the ring with the band clearly stretched to whisper thin (no gold added) and the box setting for the diamond was cracked on both sides (which it certainly was not when I tried it on and bought it). Ken, who helped me, agreed with my concerns and took it to manager to have it looked at - I was told they would re-do it. I come back again 2 days later and band is now thick but the antique etching (part of why I bought it and loved it) is completely gone. Additionally, after showing it to another trusted jeweler they showed me the box setting was still cracked and that the work done was terrible quality. I can’t speak to buying new items, but I would never purchase or have any modifications done to heirloom or antique jewelry!! “no refund” policy should not apply when pieces are ruined. 2 stars are for Ken trying to help me and agreeing w my concerns.
