This is a great place for small and large gatherings . Cost is really reasonable. Employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful surroundings which is great for those one of kind pictures, showers , engagement, graduation, it’s endless possibilities.
Had a great time on the course today with the group. The course was challenging but really well kept. Greens are fast. Love the driving range that’s open at night under the lights. Also has putting area and chipping green for practice. All the staff was very nice. Definitely will be back. Very nice course!
Golf club of Texas is the most enjoyable experience in town. San Antonio has a great golf community- so that’s saying a lot. From the clubhouse to the Food and Bev staff, they always deliver above expectations. The constantly improving course conditions as well as the significant improvements to the range and practice areas are quickly making GCTX a premier course to play in Texas.
I was there last week. I went just to golf at GCT (from Houston area). I golfed in the afternoon and then in the morning the next day. This is a very nice course. Nice ----- Staff is friendly and accommodating, club house, barzibo, t boxes, fairways, greens, views from club house, fire place, patio area, etc.... you will see in the videos. They were spraying/paving the parking lot and the owner tells me he plans on doing more improvements. I can't wait to go back in a few months and see what's new (from Houston area.).
I was in town over the weekend and googled courses in SA to play and I was attracted to GCoT because of their amazing reviews and great price point. I was blown away by the impeccable care taken in maintaining this course, the greens are all lush, the tee boxes pristine, and the layout is to die for. With this heat I was expecting a very brown course but I was shocked at how nice and green it was. If I lived here I would be back very soon! Amazing customer service too!
