My girlfriend and I recently dealt with Tom from Goodfellow Realty for an opinion of value on a family members home. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. In the past, I had an opinion of value done on a different property home, and the package that the previous realty company put together for me was nowhere near the quality and detail from Tom at Goodfellow realty. My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Josh Gibson. He really takes the time to sit you down, go over any of your questions no matter how ridiculous you feel asking them. And is extremely helpful in guiding you through the process of becoming a homeowner. Myself and my husband felt so comfortable going around and seeing properties with him. And any time we had questions Josh was always quick on the response and very perspective of things maybe we didn't notice of the homes, but that he was quick to point out.
