Marisol and Martha were so pleasant to work with from the tasting to catering our company holiday social. The food was amazing and all their staff were very professional. I highly recommend Got it Covered for all events whether small or large. I look forward to using them again. Thank you Marisol and Martha.

We hired Got It Covered catering for our wedding, and honestly, the food was flavorful and had a beautiful presentation, however the service and execution didn't hit the mark. Dinner service started on time, but completion was delayed 40 minutes, which lead to guest waiting and pushing our timeline behind. We were told that we would have 8 servers for 15 tables, however there only appeared to be two people actually serving. In our agreement, we asked for a child's meal for a family guest. It was not served, nor did they look at our day of document to see the name of the guest and table they were sitting at. That guest did not eat at our wedding and the explanation that we were given was that she didn't "see a child" at the wedding. The wedding was 21+, however this guest did have a preference for the child's meal menu offered to us. During the service, our day of coordinator offered to help - however Martha rudely denied him from helping as he noticed service was behind schedule. During this time, she also complained about our requests which included table side coffee service, servicing dessert as a course, and serving the late-night tacos at 10:00 - all items were part of our request and agreement. It was very evident that the Marisol and Martha did not review our requests together prior to the event nor did Martha take the time to review the day of document which was sent to all vendors. Martha insisted that our late-night tacos were supposed to be served at 9:00 PM and they were set up without notice allowing guests near the station to eat and not anyone else, including us. The tacos were supposed to be served outside, in the courtyard at the close of the event. Thankfully our other vendors agreed to continue an additional 30 minutes past the closing time as they were all aware that the dinner service caused a delay in our evening. Lastly, Martha walked directly in front of our mariachi singer's mid-performance multiple times, completely disrupting a special moment we had planned. Her employee did respect the performers, and she could have followed his lead - but didn't. Martha ignored our dress code which clashed with the aesthetic of our wedding. The entire vendor team for our wedding day took the time to review our day of document and ensured that our day ran smoothly, however Got It Covered became a thorn and caused unnecessary stress for everyone involved. While we appreciate the flavor and presentation of the food, not everything was on par for us. We hope that this feedback will help your team improve in execution for future events. We had several compliments on the food itself and are thankfully that our guests were not privy to the things happening. We wish your team many successful events in the future, that is not late and poorly executed.

Absolutely amazing catering company! We could not be happier with Got It Covered Catering for our wedding! They went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, their team was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring — not just to us, but to all of our guests. The food was absolutely incredible — our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! They arrived early to set up, made sure everything ran perfectly throughout the night, and were among the last to leave to ensure everything was spotless and taken care of. Their attention to detail and how sweet they were to my husband and me truly stood out. If you’re looking for a catering team that delivers amazing food and exceptional service, highly, highly recommend Got It Covered! They made our wedding day even more special and unforgettable. 💛

Marisol and her team prepared the best food for our wedding reception. From the time we sat down for our tasting to the wedding reception dining she was professional and made us feel comfortable!!! I thought I wouldn’t like anything better than her Chicken Parmesan and then I tasted the late night taco snack!!! Yummy Yummy!!! Thank you for serving such great food!

TL;DR Would not recommend. Cons: Rude, inconsiderate, act like their job is your fault. They try to take your food away while you're still eating. If you go to the restroom, they will snag your plate. They throw wedding memorabilia in the trash if you leave the table to dance, get a drink, or for any reason. They won't hesitate to trash photobooth pictures. Everything they do is rushed, and you are an obstacle in their way. Food tastes like it was made in a microwave. Pros: Lots of bread baskets.
