Balqisa was absolutely wonderful throughout our visit. She was polite, respectful, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. Her helpful attitude really stood out and helped create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for me and my kids. She is someone who genuinely adds value to the team.

The QR sign up system was simple. Friendly staff, but very expensive. Considering it's meant for families I suggest adding regular offers. Plus maybe a rewards system for people who come regularly

This was our first visit and unfortunately it was very disappointing, especially considering how expensive it is for young children. The staff were rude and intimidating, and none were wearing name badges. I could hear several other customers complaining about the way staff were speaking to children, which was upsetting to witness. It was also extremely cold inside. The children were shivering and had to keep their coats on, which is not ideal for an active venue like this. We already own grip socks from other trampoline parks such as Bounce and Flip Out, but Gravity requires you to buy their own socks, which adds an extra unnecessary cost on top of an already expensive visit. Overall, not a great experience and we ended up leaving early.

Just want to take the time to thank a very kind, professional, bubbly & happy lady called Ruby! I had booked the wrong dates for the high ropes and Ruby without hesitation booked us in as we came a long way and she could see I had 2 kids with me. Then throughout the whole experience she was just amazing. Ruby is a absolute credit to your company thanks again :)

Had a great time. Staff are amazing and very kind especially Ish who was very friendly with the kids and helped us with the hologate vr game, also constantly keep the area and equipment clean and ready to use for the next customers. Thank you Ish.
