Had a great time at the escape room! Loved the theme and the music. We liked the different challenges needed to complete to escape. The person in the room with us (I don’t remember her name) was friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved was the waiver link in the confirmation email didn’t work. Just meant we had to sign it there which was no big deal.

Me and my siblings did the 80's escape room. The puzzles were fun and the theme of the room was cute, but some of the directions were confusing. The employee told us that none of the puzzles were linear (we could do them in any order), however when we began finding clues we would ask for a hint and they would tell us we couldn't use those clues yet. It was difficult to know what order to do them in to solve the room. When we would ask the employee for a hint, they seemed a little annoyed or would just say something vague. The employee was nice, but the 'clues' we were given were usually just something like "you can't use that yet" or "what clue have you not used?" We did not finish the escape in time but we got close. When our time was up, the employee said "I have one more thing for you guys" while we were waiting to leave. They came back with a tip jar as well as a sign with 3+ QR codes to paypal etc. to tip them. I have never been asked to tip at an escape room... It was awkward since we were about to leave and the employee kind of just stared at us. We felt cornered and pressured to tip, which did not seem necessary or appropriate. Overall, the escape room itself was fun and nicely decorated. I wish a little more introduction or backstory was given. The employee also stayed in the room with us (behind a booth). This seemed unusual since it's typically a speaker/camera system and it's just our team in the room. I think for the price we paid it seemed like the escape room was a little neglected or put aside.

Great place! We came in late after going to the wrong escape room and they still found time to squeeze us in. Saved my date haha! We even needed an extra 30 seconds to finish the room and Ash let us finish the final puzzle. AMAZING SERVICE AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF

We took our kids ages 11 and 9 for their first escape room and it was so much fun! The kids were able to be fully engaged and think thru the puzzles with us. It was very challenging and even though we beat it we only had 1:36 left! Ash was our host and she was great! 100% recommend

I got engaged at Great Room Escape!! My now fiancé set the whole thing up with the help of Sabrina. I was completely in the dark. My whole family decided to do an escape room together which I thought was a great idea because I love puzzles and figuring things out. Everybody got dressed up and it was so much fun! Once we were in the room, the clues came out and I felt so much adrenaline trying to solve everything. One clue leads to another and to another. I found myself literally running from one lock to another area with all the excitement. Little did I know that this was the plan all along. I was focused on the clues while my family got into position. I “found” the finally clue and bam! There’s my man on one knee! It was PERFECT! Sabrina was a major factor in pulling this off and I cannot thank her enough!!! After the escape room, we all met in a reserved area that had been decorated for us. So cute! Then we went axe throwing. Sydney was our instructor and she was fantastic. Funny and very helpful. We had a blast!!!
