We made an appointment for a service call on our Kenmore refrigerator. Tony came at the appt. time and diagnosed why our fridge wasn't cooling. He determined we needed a compressor and condenser and gave us an estimate. Jack and his helper came and replaced both items. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
