If I could I’d give them a zero. Their service technician was great. However I feel they bait and switch you into a monthly contract. I wanted a 1 time service, and I was charged a monthly fee. Tried to explain and got charged a cancellation fee. So much more to this story I just wouldn’t use them.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. They sent a technician that appeared high to our home. He was nearly impossible to communicate with. He clearly was not qualified. We directed him to the location of our pest issues, he did not even look in the area. He instead set traps in the area where we already had traps and had not caught any pests. He then placed a few boxes outside, sat at his car for 20 minutes before telling my husband that we could "save money" by closing up the areas where pests could be entered our home ourselves. No one called to schedule a second service. I found out that one had been scheduled without consulting us on the date or time. I called customer service and cancelled the appointment. The appointment was never cancelled as I received a text from a technician that he would be coming to my home. I have had 5+ calls with customer service to try to resolve the issue and cancel the service. I get the runaround every single time. Last time I was told that someone who can help would be reaching out in 24 hours, no one had reached out in 48 hours. I was told I would need to pay a $249 cancellation fee on top of the $440 I already spent on services that were never provided. Don't fall for the sale's pitch. Do not hire this company.
UPDATE: I finally got the billing problem resolved - I went from three to four stars rather than five because it took several phone calls before I was finally connected to a person who understood the issue and could do something about it. Kade was very thorough and helpful, which was a relief AND he retained a customer (I was ready to cancel the Agreement since I was within the three day no penalty cancellation.) Also, today my second tech came for the interior mouse removal (removing the dead mice and resetting the traps) and this guy - Aaron - was fantastic. He explained everything he was doing, he had a flashlight so he could peer into every nook and cranny, and he checked around the outside foundation and found a hole that he plugged with copper mesh. He even took photos to show me where the hole was and one of one of the bait stations to show me that they were eating the bait. He really seemed to quite like his job, which was refreshing! So far I can only give three stars. Jonathan was definitely on time and put a zillion snap traps around the basement, as well as bait stations outside my home and garage. However, I am super squeamish about mice carcasses and told him so, to which he replied that I don’t need to touch them since a tech will come back in a week to take the dead mice and reset the traps. “But you might be cleaning up a little bit of blood.” 😳 I mentioned that a dead mouse could just be languishing in a trap for days and he agreed, but told me that I can remove them and throw them away (but NOT the traps, he was quick to remind me). I replied that I can’t even LOOK at a dead mouse, much less touch it, and he told me they might start to stink a little bit, assuring me I could call to see if a tech could come out sooner than a week and if there was someone free they’d come early. I mean, he was totally professional but not very reassuring…also, he reported that he “did an inspection lap to look for more holes in the ground and cracks in the foundation, we are all good there!” in the “Service Notes” at my Customer Portal but didn’t mention anything to me about that during his visit. I have an issue with the billing and a discrepancy between my bill and my contract, but that is not Jonathan’s fault. If I was ONLY reviewing Jonathan I’d give four stars, but keep in mind that you should ask a ton of questions and take contemporaneous notes about what the sales rep says before signing up - and keep in mind you have three business days to cancel the contract, which I might resort to. What I was told was a mismatch from what actually happened. Hopefully it gets resolved and I’ll add more positivity to this review.

After researching other companies i reached out. My initial phone consultation was professional, friendly and not at all pushy. In fact, I'd say the rep went out of their way to highlight the ability to cancel (albeit with a fee) as well as highlighting after the terms of the service was met, the billing would NOT auto renew. The following day, today (9/11/25) Jonathon did the inspection, and laid traps. All my concerns, and then some, were addressed thoroughly. He was professional, detailed, friendly and able to power through my loud dogs. He even made it a point to highlight their companies commitment to pet safety. I encourage anyone to do their research with pest control, and anything truly. But my experience with Greenix has been fantastic, and if you're looking for quality service, I'd highly suggest looking no further than Greenix.
