This company periodically does my neighbor’s yard for a snow removal and landscaping when they are out of town. I called them just now and asked if they would discount both invoices if they did Snow Removal for me. I’m right across the street. They would never have to move their truck they could walk over with their snowblower and do mine in five minutes is exactly how long it takes them to do. My neighbors Snow Removal. I’m told the company. Of any sort and I asked why when they wouldn’t even have to move their truck they could just come right over. She said she didn’t know why, but they don’t offer any discounts not even a senior citizen discount. She was very curt And I will not do business with them because of her attitude and not offering a discount when they don’t even have to move, their truck is ridiculous. As a business person myself, especially in this economy and helping older folks by giving a discount is always beneficial I will not recommend this company nor will I do business with them

Last-minute sprinkler blowout could not have been easier! Luckily this year has been mild so far, but every year I inevitably forget to reach out somewhere about winterizing the system until there's deep freeze warnings. Received an email reply from Lindsay within hours of my online inquiry, confirmed the service needed, and had an appointment time set within the week (Nov. 11th). After making sure I had the water line to the sprinkler box turned off before, I wouldn't have even needed to be home. Pricing was clear, fair, and so easy to pay the invoice online. 4 zones done for $85 + tax, and I know where I'll go through again next year!

Greenscape made my winter prep easy again this year. As a hopeless procrastinator, the email reminders to schedule are appreciated. If you have to call and ask questions Lindsay &/or Allison will give you the information you need. Both of these ladies are excellent communicators & you can hear the smiles in their voices. The pricing is competitive & as far as I can tell doesn't change between quote & invoice. Their techs are professional, personable & will answer any questions you may have about the services they are providing. Kalem did our sprinkler blow out & it was very quick & easy. He also answered a couple of questions about the sprinkler system & helped me better understand how it works. The aeration crew James & DJ were here right on time, let me know they had arrived & confirmed the areas that I wanted done. Both of these guys were very nice, quite competent & we even shared a laugh or too. Thanks again Greenscape!

Greenscape was able to get my sprinklers serviced soon after I called. I very nice guy named Josh came and answered all my questions as he worked. He did everything pretty quick too with is good since sprinklers services everywhere are so expensive per hour. Im super happy with the work done.

If communication, customer service and honesty are qualities that you value, I would not recommend Greenscape Landscaping. We trusted our rental property landscaping to Greenscape and on several occasions throughout our relationship found ourselves paying for services that were not performed. See photos of our lawn while we were still paying them for "bi weekly mows". Our lawn is a complete disaster, and I've found myself waiting for calls back from their office for weeks. Look elsewhere for landscaping services in Spokane.
