Brian and Kevin are lifesavers! Our previous accountant had a considerably long response time and communicated on too many different platforms, we were always so confused. There was so much miscommunication between us that he didn't complete our return correctly because he forgot about payments we had already made (payments that were recommended by and planned by him). When we made the switch to Brian and Kevin, we had them complete the same return. They were able to save us just shy of $6,000 on our business taxes, simply because they were extraordinarily thorough and filed them correctly with all expenses and payments considered. They are prompt with responses, even following up next day if we got caught up with work and hadn't had a chance to reply to them same day.
