Thank you Tyler Wallace for coming out to help us! Tyler was very helpful, kind and considerate of my concerns. He was able to find what was wrong with the heat fast, and resolved it even faster. We needed a part replaced and he installed it right there and then- no waiting. I recommend you go with these guys if you need the help. Thank you guys!

Called Grizzly for a 2nd opinion because something about the 1st quote just didn’t seem right. Trey was our technician and he was very thorough and honest. He even showed us pictures and answered 101 questions! It ended up being one piece that needed to be replaced, unlike our other quote where they said they weren’t sure where the problem lies and to just replace the whole system 🤦🏽‍♀️. They ordered the part but was given the incorrect piece, so we had to reschedule the repair till the correct part came in. Dana offered to send us a portable heater just so that we wouldn’t freeze and made sure as soon as the part came in we would have an appointment. Part was replaced, heater/thermostat working properly now and even provided us with a few recommendations. We’re happy with the service Trey provided and the overall customer service. Hard to find honest techs/companies! I would definitely recommend using Grizzly!

Outstanding Service from Jose at Grizzly Heat & Air I can’t say enough good things about Grizzly Heat & Air, especially their technician Jose. After dealing with another company that sent three different technicians and still couldn’t figure out or fix the problem, Jose came in and diagnosed the issue correctly on the first visit and fixed it right away. Jose was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He clearly knew what he was doing and took the time to explain the problem and the solution. The difference in expertise was night and day. If you’re looking for honest, skilled, and reliable HVAC service, ask for Jose at Grizzly Heat & Air. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Jose on my heating issues. My downstairs unit was no longer working, and he was able to identify and diagnose the problem. I appreciate how the company notified me via text when my technician would be arriving along with a picture so I would know what he look like. They Provided a window of when the service would be done and then I did receive a text about 20 minutes before arrival. Jose was very good at explaining what the issues were and what needed to be done and why. He provided me with photos of the unit so I could see where the problems were. I appreciate the time he took to explain things and and understandable way. He also stayed long enough to make sure that the unit was running well. I was very pleased with the overall service of Jose as the technician and of Dana in the office and would recommend Grizzly HVAC to others.

Bryce was prompt and courteous. He did a really good job of cleaning and servicing my AC. He was fast and the service call was reasonable. I would recommend him and the Grizzly H&A for getting the job done right.
