We have 2 miniature schnauzers and have used a few local groomers with mixed results. We were recommended Groom Club by a friend and had the dogs groomed today! Very happy with service and the cut and Groom Club will be where they go in the future. Happy to recommend 🐶🐶
I’ve never had a regular groomer, until we found Isabelle. From the first time she groomed Bee, she understood exactly how I wanted her cut, even though I am very particular and have a preference for every piece of fur. Bee comes out of Groom Club tail wagging and smiling - it’s clear the groomers here take great care of her. If you’re looking for somewhere to get a cocker cut, this is the best place I’ve found across all the north shore and northern beaches.
Rufus had his first groom just before Christmas and Agi did such an amazing job! He looks so grown up and smart, he had the best time, and enjoyed his Christmas treats Agi gave him when we got home.

We absolutely adore Agi and her team, last year we moved with our dog Bear from NYC to neutral bay when we called around we had no luck in securing a grooming appointment for any establishment till we called Agi, she had a spot open a few days later and it felt like a miracle! Originally I was nervous as my dog has hated grooming and all of his previous groomers, even those from famous NYC dog parlours. Even though I was nervous Agi wasn’t at all, she had a very detailed consultation with me and took all my worries and warnings about his spots and what he does and doesn’t like. I asked her to call me if he bit her and I needed to pick him up but no such call came. He looked BEAUTIFUL! She even put him in an Aussie bandana to “welcome him to the country” By far the best haircut of his entire life even those from famous salons we took him too, I could not have been happier with the work she produced and we have brought him back for every groom since, for a dog who fought against going to the groomer he absolutely loves her and now I can’t willingly get him to leave! The work is always wonderful even when he went to another team member as she was booked. It was stunning. I love her and her team and the care and effort they take into their jobs. She does wonderful work and genuinely cares for the dogs and people she takes care of. I highly suggest you try them out, we couldn’t recommend them enough. We Love you guys!
