We have been using Groomies for almost 2 years now and they take wonderful care of our pup, Bogey. He has seen multiple groomers (we never specify) and he always looks great when he's done. We were on a waiting list for a while to get in, but now that we are repeat clients, it is very easy to book (usually via text, 2-4 weeks out depending on time of year), and they book by time slot so your pet isn't hanging around in a cage all day waiting for their turn. They always text when he's around 15 minutes from being done. Bogey is always relaxed any happy when he comes home, which is a triumph for a pup who doesn't like much to be groomed. Everyone is always a pleasure to interact with - I wouldn't hesistate to recommend Groomies!

Very responsive and personable business. The owner stored my phone number in the business phone, so when I call, they always greet me by name. My puppy looked fluffy and apparently had a wonderful time. They have hooks on the wall where they write my puppy’s name and where I can leave her harness and leash for the duration of her stay. She was greeted with lots of cuddles and attention. I especially like it that she is able to run around and play with other dogs while she is not being groomed. I was able to pay with a card on file and her appointment was not too long. Will continue bringing my girl here. Update: My girl got her full cut and they were so patient when she became sick. They informed me so I could pick her up early and they allowed me to come back the next morning to finish her cut. I also have to give them props because they make their own adorable bows! They are simply Velcro bows and the designs are adorable.

I just picked up my dog from Groomies and I am so happy with the result. I got the brush out and bath package, which included a trim of her face, paws, and bum. Ashley did an amazing job! Her coat is super soft and the trim looks great. My dog seems comfy and happy. Would definitely recommend! Book early because there’s a bit of a wait.
