I had a wonderful experience at GS Diamond when purchasing an engagement ring. Jane provided exceptional service , she was patient, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the process. She helped us explore a wide range of designs and successfully matched us with the ideal diamond for a custom ring. The experience was smooth, pleasant and efficient, taking only one day to finalise our decision. Looking forward to receiving our custom ring in six weeks. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a ring through GS Diamonds. After visiting multiple jewellers around Brisbane, my girlfriend and I were unable to find a ring that felt inspiring enough to both of us to purchase. In fact, many jewellers seemed primarily concerned with my budget which made me feel like maximum profit was their primary focus. After seeing a particular ring design on the GS Diamonds website my girlfriend and I decided to go in and have a look. When we walked into GS Diamonds we sat down with a young lady named Anneliese. We asked to see the ring we liked. It was even more beautiful in person. The diamond was outstanding! After discussing possibilities, I decided I wanted to change the ring setting from white gold to platinum and also wanted to add two blue sapphires to the inset diamonds around the band. Anneliese explained the process and made us feel listened to, comfortable and not at all pressured. It was at that moment I felt that I had found the ring for us. Within weeks I had a 3D navigable rendering of the ring design and Anneliese took time to make sure I was happy with everything before proceeding with the rings construction. Once the ring was ready I collected it and gave it to my girlfriend who is now my Fiancé. The ring is absolutely beautiful and the amount of ongoing compliments she gets are testament to the ring’s quality and beauty. I highly recommend GS Diamonds.
Customer service was second to none throughout the process. I bought the engagement ring and came back for the wedding ring and would do it again. Maria helped everything run behind the scenes so smoothly. Our private consultation with Giorgia was so personalised and she really took the time to listen and make sure we got what we wanted. My wife is overjoyed. 10/10 service, 10/10 company, 10/10 ring and great value. Would 100% recommend to a friend.
