My wife and I commissioned them to restore a dining room table for us. The estimate was expensive, yet affordable, the timetable to fix it was long, yet understandable. We shared with them that we had cats and didn’t want heat or stains from water glasses to ruin our table. They assured us they would not let that happen. They brought the table to us and it was beautiful! We were in awe of their work. They were unable to reassemble it without it shaking. They had to send a tech out to fix the shaking. We had it for a few months and we were very happy. One of our cats ran across the table and scratched it up. We asked for it an estimate to fix it. That estimate was thousands of dollars. We were shocked. When we said we were disappointed with the work, Jim never contacted us back. That was three months ago. I wouldn’t use them again. We felt proud to restore an well built table yet discouraged to spend thousands of dollars on a product that we are ashamed of.

I am so very impressed with the job this company did on my dining room table and sideboard. I called quite a few of their competitors that wouldn’t touch the cracked high gloss finish. Guaranteed returned the furniture to me in a satin finish that is amazing.
Amazed at the work they did for. Had an heirloom baby bassinet made of solid cherry by my father. It got shipped from CA to me in MI by my brother. UPS packed it poorly it suffered some very ugly structural damage in transit. Deep and complex fractures at all 4 corners. I as a wood worker myself was overwhelmed by the damage and knew I could not do a repair that did justice to the original piece. Did my homework, found Guaranteed, even did a phone interview because this piece meant so much to me and family. Gave them a shot. It came back to where if you didnt know it had been damaged, you would never know. I was HIGHLY impressed with the quality of the work. Very grateful that there are craftspeople in the area that are able to deliver this caliber of skill and artistry.
