Amazing experience!. Huge thanks to Esme, our waitress, for her kindness and attentive service, and to Julian, the manager, for making everything run so smoothly, and his help all the time I need it. The food truly respects authentic Mexican flavors — every bite tasted like home. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. And the margaritas? 100/100. Can’t recommend enough!
I’ve been to this restaurant a few times and even celebrated my birthday here, everything was perfect! The service, the food, and the atmosphere were all amazing. Their happy hour is the best, especially for enjoying their delicious margaritas. It’s honestly one of the best restaurants for authentic Mexican food. A special shout-out to Esme and the manager, Julian, they were incredibly helpful from the moment I made the booking until we paid the bill. If you’re looking for great food, a lovely environment, and a beautiful view, Hacienda is the place to go.
I always come here and it never disappoints. The food has real Mexican flavour, authentic and delicious. The customer service is excellent, the manager is always very attentive, and a special thanks to Esmeralda, our waitress, for her kindness and great service. Definitely one of my favourite places. Highly recommended!
Great spot right in the heart of Southgate. Serving really tasty Mexican food, and delicious margaritas. Happy hour drinks are a bargain, and the tacos are a must. The views from this place are fantastic. Perfect spot for Summer!
The staffs were wonderful and the food was decent. But there wasn’t a lot of food given the price of the chef selection menu. The starters were a small bowl of guacamole shared among three people, plus a small piece of corn cob. Then came two tacos and a slice of chicken breast as mains. The chicken breast was a bit tough actually. Honestly, we left the restaurant filling unsatisfied and still hungry.
