I would say it's useful for getting out of severe acute pain but after a while your body gets used to the manipulations and the long-term pain doesn't go away. I was told that my back and leg pain was because of my posture but it didn't make sense as i had nerve pains. I actually found out after an MRI that I had a herniated disc which requires different treatment. Eventually I decided enough is enough after a year with this clinic, they want you to become dependent on them so they can make a steady income. The exercises aren't enough to actually strengthen the back. Doing countless reps of bird dog and cat cow isn't going to fix the root of the issue. They also kept calling and emailing me once I'd discontinued treatment to the point where I had to block their phone number which was very unprofessional of them.
An excellent and easy to understand process from the beginning, couldn't be happier with the treatment I've had so far. In the couple of months I've been seeing Nick I have seen dramatic improvements in movement and pain reduction, I can now play a round of golf with no pain at all and has had a massive effect on my quality of life. Highly recommend....

We needed to see a chiropractor and was recommended Nick. This has definitely been a great recommendation. From the moment you walk into the clinic we are greeted by friendly receptionists who are very helpful. The initial consultation is thorough and everything is explained. The follow up and treatment plan very clear and booked in straight away within good time frames. Not only do you go for treatments you are also feel educated to make help make those lifestyle changes to benefit the future.
Having had lower back/hip pain, I visited Nick for treatment. Very friendly yet professional and have continued visiting regularly to assist with ongoing wellbeing. During my time I have also had sports massage which is available too and an added bonus to alleviate tight muscles when holding yourself tense when in pain initially. Well worth a visit should you need. You won’t regret it.
