If I could give 10 stars I would. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this vet office. My cat lemon came in due to an infection and spay gone wrong at another vet. From the moment we walked in every single vet tech was kind, patient, and so caring. I could tell that everyone here really loves what they do. Lemon spent the week at hammer lane vet and we were able to visit daily which helped with the emotional load of worrying about our pet. Dr. Gurm was absolutely amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and so compassionate. They took the time to explain everything, answered every question, and made a really stressful situation feel manageable. What meant a lot to me was how honest and thoughtful they were throughout the entire visit. They even refunded me for something we ended up not needing, which just shows their integrity and how much they actually care about their clients and pets, not just the bill. Thanks to the crew at Hammer Lane Vet Lemon is doing so much better, and I’m beyond grateful! This place treats your pet like family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
I cannot say enough good things about this vet hospital. From the moment I walked in, everything was absolutely outstanding, clean facility, kind and welcoming staff, and an overall atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Every single person I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Janica, who was truly incredible. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and treated my pet with so much compassion and respect. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and I left feeling confident that my pet was in the best possible hands. Great service, great communication, and great care. This will absolutely be my go to vet hospital from now on, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly cares about both pets and their owners.
The staff here are some of the most amazing people I've ever encountered, and their skills/expertise in Vet Med are second to none...I cannot thank you guys enough for everything you did for me and my sweet little Ellie girl. I'd recommend you all 100x over.... I had to make the hardest decision of my life last Wednesday, Dec 10th -- the decision to put my sweet little dog to sleep after 16 wonderful years as her dad. She had been sick for a couple days and had stopped eating/drinking and I had tried everything I could to no avail -- she needed professional vet care. Hammer Lane Vet Hospital was the closest facility to my home, so I gave them a call...They immediately made space for her to come and be seen. There was no wait time, even WITHOUT an appointment. Their staff was so caring and compassionate, and acted with haste to take her blood and figure out why she was so sick -- as if she was their own pet! When the results came back that her kidneys were failing...I knew that was it for her. Both the staff and the Doc explained everything to me -- the situation and what needed to be done -- with the utmost care and compassion. From the time they figured it out until the time she passed, they NEVER rushed me, or pressured me, or hounded me for money or to make a decision, or ANYTHING like that...they let me spend as much time as I needed with her and helped me through it emotionally as best they could. In the end, I made the ultimate sacrifice to ease her suffering, and they took such amazing care of her until the end...she was made comfortable and passed peacefully in my arms, which is all I could ever ask for in that situation. To the staff and the doc that saw her, you will never know how much you did for me and her during the worst decision of my life...I can never thank you all enough for what you did for my baby girl -- above and beyond doesn't even cover it. I am so thankful I chose your facility to take her to...and I truly believe that she was in the best of hands the entire time. As I said before, I'd recommend you all 100x over. Thank you so much! I've included a goofy pic of Ellie with this review -- its one that always made me smile, as well as some others, so maybe if the staff does see this, they can see her and how beautiful she was at her prime, instead of how she looked at the end, and know that she was deeply loved and well cared for... My family and I owe a huge debt of gratitude for the team here at Hammer Lane Vet especially Dr. Gurm. They provided wonderful care and helpful advice to our feline family member that was in so much pain over the last few weeks. To see him back his old self and healed up means everything to us. We are happy to reccomend and and all pet owners to visit them should there ever be a concern or need for veterinary services!
Was scared at first when I first came here but they took care of my lil hazel. They didn’t just look at her and gave me some lies or bull. They examined her thoroughly and gave me exactly what she had and cured her within a week. I’m glad to see her happy again. The people here are super friendly and caring. They took care of her and very patient with her. Would recommend to anyone that needs some pet care.
